Nataleigh's Intended

Nataleigh is eight years old. Today, her father brought home a ten year old boy. He introduced Nataleigh to the boy, who's name is Joshua. What a strong biblical name! My husband told me we are renting out our guest house to Joshua and his family because my husband intends on having Joshua and Nataleigh marry when Nataleigh turns 13. My baby girl is growing up so fast! She will be 13 in just five short years! Time flies...

  1. What a special time!! You better keep your eye on them though, I remember how hard it was for me to remain pure when I was eye years old. You could have a little fornicator on your hands before you blink!

  4. Hi there, so your daughter is only 8 and you have picked out her husband?
What if she doesn't fall in love with him?
Is it legal to marry your daughter off at 13?
    Where do you live?
Sorry for all the questions I have only heard of this in muslim families not Christian and I am interested.
I hope you are having a good day!!

  6. You are seriously sick. I'm sorry, but there you have it. 13 year olds are too young to marry, and anyone who could imagine such a weird idea is just strange.

  8. I really hope you're a parody blog. Forcing your daughter to be a child bride at age 13 is so gross. I'm so sure Jesus would've liked you and your husband raping your daughter of her innocence before she herself is ready. 16 is also still extremely young. Why wont you trust her to make her own choice when she feels ready? If you're so strong in your faith and your ability to raise a child, shouldn't you know in your heart this girl will be more than able to make her own choices and wait until she is physically and emotionally ready? Ma'am, some girls aren't even menstruating by 13!

    2. Annarose, in further posts, they have discovered that it is illegal to be married before age 16. Well, actually at 16 and 17 you need a parent's signed permission. Joshua will be 18 when she's 16, so his parents won't have to sign anything for him. Let's all stay tuned to see how that all pans out; 7 more years to go. BTW, is Elizabeth still deeply disappointed because they have to wait longer than they originally thought?
